LCD Real Time Digital Display

The LCD Display of the Titan Water Heater SCR-3 lets you read any time the amount of power,voltage and amperage the heater is using,this way you can control your energy water heating costs.
More GPM (gallons per minute), means more power (KW) the water heater uses( a standard shower head uses between 2.0 and 2.5 GPM, and a low flow shower head uses 1.5 GPM of hot water flow).
In the Picture the LCD is showing P=4 KW 30 % , in this case the water heater is using just 4 KW ! and this is about 30% of its maximum power.
And now in the new 2012 upgraded model you have an additional read-out:

Applications

The Titan Water Heater SCR-3 has been specifically designed for new apartment complexes, where the lower
line voltage of 208 VAC in the mains has been recently implemented. It was also designed and tested for
optimal operational performance, with modern bathroom fixtures that feature such characteristics as Press Balancing
Mixing Valves, and Flow Restricted Single Handle Valves.

The Titan Water Heater SCR-3 is particular more efficient and more accurate in the setting and stability of the outlet
water temperature, under lower main voltage condition (208 VAC), and in modern water flow restriction bathroom fixtures.
It has also capable of outstanding operation under normal line voltages of 220 VAC, providing the same high
efficiency and accuracy.

By heating water only as it is needed Titan water heater N-160 digital eliminates the need for bulky water heaters that
heat water continuously, this can reduce your water heating costs for up to 60% over conventional electric water heaters.
The TITAN WATER HEATER-SCR-3's high efficiency is in part due to its dedicated onboard microprocessor that samples
temperatures 21 times per second.

This power control system analyzes the data and manages power usage for maximum efficiency and temperature stability.
At rest, the TITAN WATER HEATER SCR-3 uses no power at all.
Due to its shielded incoloy heating elements and copper & brass casing, the TITAN WATER HEATER SCR3 is ideal in any
application where mineral deposits shorten the life of a conventional water heater.

Sizing Guide and Electrical Requirements

According to statistical reports from our technicians and customers (contractors and final users), we recommend
the titan tankless water heater N-160 for the following applications:
**Medium Size Homes** (between 1500 and 2500 square feet and 21/2 bathrooms), in areas with ground water
temperature (incoming temperature) between 70-80 fahrenheit degrees, with modern fixtures (flow rate no more
than 2.2 gpm).
**Small Size Homes** (less than 1500 square feet and 1 bathroom) in areas with ground water temperatures below
70 fahrenheit degrees, and modern fixtures (flow rate no more than 2.2 gpm).
